Inner City Technology provides automated dispatch, technician routing, notification, and customer communication services for service requests (including locksmith, HVAC, roadside, and on-demand maintenance services).

3. SMS & Mobile Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and initiating a service request via voice call, web form, or text message, you expressly consent to receive transactional SMS notifications regarding your dispatch status, technician arrival times, and service updates.

  • Consent & Program Description: SMS messages are strictly transactional and sent in response to user-initiated service calls or web inquiries.
  • Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

  • Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your active service requests and technician updates.
  • Wireless Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
