2. Professional & Technical Disclaimer

The materials and tools provided by Inner City Technology LLC do not constitute formal legal counsel, statutory human resources advice, or certified cybersecurity compliance guarantees. While our standard operating procedures and security checklists follow standard industry best practices (including access delegation, multi-factor authentication protocols, and asset auditing), each organization is solely responsible for verifying compatibility with their specific local, state, and federal compliance mandates.

3. Limited License & Intellectual Property

Upon purchasing, downloading, or accessing our toolkits and templates (including the Non-Profit IT Survival Kit and related digital assets), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal use within your single agency or organization.
• You MAY: Customize, edit, duplicate, and implement these templates and procedures across your staff, board, and internal operations.
• You MAY NOT: Resell, repackage, sub-license, distribute via public download links, or exploit these proprietary templates, video libraries, or interactive dashboards for commercial resale or syndication.

4. Third-Party Platforms and Tools

Our procedures and tools frequently integrate with or provide guidance for third-party platforms (including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, WordPress, Twilio, Make.com, domain registrars, and cloud hosts). Inner City Technology LLC holds no affiliation with or endorsement by these independent providers. We are not liable for third-party service outages, platform policy revisions, subscription fee changes, or account lockouts resulting from user configuration errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inner City Technology LLC, its owners, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our materials, including but not limited to loss of data, unmanaged volunteer departures, unauthorized credential access, hardware failures, or software downtime.
